When your body touches mine
A frisson
Runs through my spine
My head lights up
Alpine
With snowpeaked winds and fresh breathes of air
My thoughts
neither here
nor there. for it is only you at
that I stare.
But when my heart leans inside my body towards yours
Do I really care,
or is it my skin the
Elixir of your hair
Sweet duress of putting you
Once again
Inside my lair
That makes us up-retake
Our Selves
As a Pair?
Although
It might be your Laugh,
your Warmth, your
Smile that makes me care
your Fingers snared
from Chords
that me (also) do snare
in an embrace that I am always shocked and content
is still there,
But these too come from you
from your body
the one that you share
with me
and no one else is there,
but your Laugh, your Warmth, your Smiles, your Fingers, your Chords
that play a song that
sings deep – once again – and again once more – in my lair.
Is this what makes us up-retake
Our Selves
As a Pair?
